Tough Workout

So, I just got back from the gym. I started the beginner program of CW’s hard body training. It was the first time in a long time that I felt like I had to puke in the gym. Im not used to short rest periods.

Chinups - BW + 25 x 4
Deadlifts - 275 x 4
Decline BB Bench Press - 275 x 4
Plank Holds - 2 x 30 sec

 I felt full the whole day today but started to get a bad headache around 5PM, other than that no complaints.

Ha ha, get used to it. I did OVT when I first did the diet. Man that was a mistake. I actually did puke.

OVT! Wow! I couldn’t even imagine that type of volume on the V-Diet. I honestly did not think those HBT workouts looked hard, but the first one kicked my ass. Looking forward to the increased work capacity I will have at the end of type of training. I had not done any type of decline pressing in a while so I am sore today but other than that I feel good.
