Do the kind people of DC not know that I’m on the V diet?? Thoughless fuckers.

Just dog walking today when i get home. My life is so exciting i know…

V-Burn 17.40 {week 2}

I was going to bitch about something then i read the thread in the BB forum about the dude in the wheelchair who has started to work out after a car accident. Strong.

Not gonna bitch… about anything for the rest or the year.

If you can get through the first 4 days of this diet you’re golden.

Carry on.

Walked the dog for 45 mins yesterday. At work from 530am till 7pm today. Bad times. Gonna hit the sack and get a workout in tomorrow.

I’ve been doing 30-40 minute walks for NEPA this past week. I’m going to replace this with the predator style conditioning for 15 mins per day and see how it goes for the upcoming week.

Yesterdays training:

Power clean w/push press 6x3 @185
Squat 6x3 @225
Incline dumbell press 6x3 @95s

15 minutes of bike sprints {15 sec on 45 off}

Walked the dog for 40 mins today. Temps here in DC got to the mid 70s with a good bit of humidity. Nice sweat.

Todays workout was the same as Wednesdays.

Power clean w/push press 6x3 @185
Squat 6x3 @225
Incline dumbell press 6x3 @95s

15 minutes of bike sprints {15 sec on 45 off}

Starting to feel a little beat up.

Brutal weekend. no V-burn due to 30 hours of work. I did get a nepa walk in on Sunday and managed to stay on diet.

Todays workout:

Power clean w/push press 6x3 @185
Squat 6x3 @225
Incline dumbell press 6x3 @95s

So, this is the 20th day of my diet and i have to say that this 3rd week has been a lot easier than last. I really don’t get food cravings anymore and couldn’t be less interested in booze. My sleep has improved 10 fold to where I’m mostly sleeping through the night for a minimum of 7-8 hours. This is a huge step up from the 4-5 hours i used to get most nights. The result of this extra rest has really helped with workouts and not feeling tired during the day at all {see 2pm for most of us}.

Just a 1 hour walk today with the mutt. I think he’s down about 2.5 libs by the way.

Your dog is gonna disappear at this rate. Same with your gut.

Keep at it dude, great progress so far.

Thanks. The dog actually seems a lot happier. I think they like being tired/feeling like they’ve been worked.

Day 21 - 5/7/14

Weight - 223.5
Belly {largest} 39
Hips 39
L thigh 23
R thigh 22.5
L Bicep 15
R Bicep 15.5
Chest 45.5

Total weight loss: 14.5lbs

This is the first week that i actually feel a lot leaner {still fat i know but…}. Also, due to work commitments I think i’ve done less workout wise this past week which is interesting.
