Notes: Start at 155 next time for better form.
- OH Squat: 95x5,95x5,95x5,95x5
Notes: Increase by 10lbs next time
- Dips: (BW+88)5,4,3,3,2,2,1
Notes: 35KB+53KB perfect weight
- Ab-Wheel (Sub): 5,5,5,5
Notes: Forgot Ab-Wheel again. Had to do walk-out extended pushups. They were harder than using an Ab-Wheel and about right for level of effort.
NEPA: Lots of walking and going up and down stairs.
- No change in diet
- exercised with my Vibram FiveFingers. That was good.
- Forgot water for after-workout drink. Had to take it late, my body was screaming for something.
- Still a little late on sleep but getting it down.
