This is my first go around with the V-Diet. I have recently packed on 25 pound after losing 30 4 months ago, gotta love the holiday seasons!! Started with my first shake this morning, not bad at all (I’ve had way worse tasting.)
I’am the type of guy that usually jumps all in to whatever I try, so I’am excited to get going and see what kind of damage I can do. I will try to post my photos and measurements tonight after my first workout. Goodluck to all and bottoms up baby!
