Hi, my name is Therese and I’m getting ready to begin my V-Diet on Monday. I have come to the realization that slow and steady isn’t going to cut it in order to reach my fitness goals. I’ve trained more or less regularly for the past 4 years. I used to be far more motivated as I had a gym in my house and was in a relationship with a personal trainer…to say I had no excuses would be an understatement.
Well, I’ve moved to another state, no longer live with a personal trainer and find myself stressed and busy with a new job. I want to take the choices out of my eating plan for awhile and I feel confident that the V-Diet will provide just that as well as a training plan that is specific and actually (for the most part) seems quick to get through on a daily basis.
I’m not gonna lie…I’m going to need support. None of my friends are as interested in training or diet as I am - so I turn to all of you.
I’ll take measurements and post before pics soon. I start Monday!!!
