I’m about to start V-Diet Light. I will do 2 shakes a day and HSM in between. I cross fit 5 days a week and cardio hard the 6th day with Sundays off. I’m also a vegetarian, does anyone have any suggestions or helpful hints? My goal is to slim down about 15lbs-20lbs because I’m 5’11 235lbs right now.
