TIP: Coconut Flakes

For that “fried” texture without the death of flour and bad fats combined, toss some unsweetened coconut flakes into a pan with a little virgin coconut oil. It’'ll only take a few seconds to brown. Now roll your cooked chicken breasts into them and enjoy “fried” chicken.

The flakes are also great in Greek yogurt.

Hmm, I wonder if you throw in some pineapples and clove with said chicken and coconut. Mmm.
