What about days when I have to be up at 4am and won’t be asleep until 11pm.
Just eat every few hours or so (estimated 5 shakes over typical 16 hours awake time for most people)?
Split the shakes over the course of the day?
I was up at 4am, did the breakfast shake soon thereafter, and it’s now 8:30 and I’m staring at my “lunch” shaker.
I know what regular hunger feels like compared to a body desperate for something, anything. What’s the perspective, listen to the body and fit in a pre-lunch shake, or deal with it, regardless.
