Timing of Shakes for Really Long Days

What about days when I have to be up at 4am and won’t be asleep until 11pm.

Just eat every few hours or so (estimated 5 shakes over typical 16 hours awake time for most people)?

Split the shakes over the course of the day?

I was up at 4am, did the breakfast shake soon thereafter, and it’s now 8:30 and I’m staring at my “lunch” shaker.

I know what regular hunger feels like compared to a body desperate for something, anything. What’s the perspective, listen to the body and fit in a pre-lunch shake, or deal with it, regardless.

Divide shakes as evenly as possible, might be every 4 hours instead of 3. Feel free to split a larger shake into 2 “snack” shakes. Calories and macros will be the same, you’re just dividing them differently to spread them out.
