Wanting to know best time to take REZ-V
There’s no specific best time, other than just not immediately before or after training. You generally don’t want strong antioxidants around training, this article explains why.
Stick with the label, 3 caps a day. With any regular meal is fine.
I usually take mine after breakfast, and train later in the day.
I train before lunch.
As @Chris_Colucci said, it doesn’t really matter when you take it, as long as it’s not right before or right after training. So, if you take them with breakfast and train a couple hours later before lunch, that’s fine. You could also take them after dinner to separate more from training.
