I train first thing in the morning.
Indigo, Brain Candy regular, 1 HOT-ROX, Plazma… all Pre workout.
Post workout is Mag-10 followed by a meal.
Flameout, Rez V, and Alpha Male with lunch.
Is this ok, or should I try to change it some?
