Time To Show Who's Boss

No offense to the V-Diet but I’m going to kick your ass in the next month or so :P.

I will be starting the diet next week sometime between Wed and Friday.

I’ll be using Metabolic Drive, Surge, Flameout and HOT-ROX along with flax-seed, Peanut Butter and fiber-sure.

I’ll have measurements and weight the day I start.
