Retired union ironworker, turning 63, not in great shape do to being retired but workout and walk,should I do the V-Diet
I have to think it’s a great idea. I don’t think 63 is old by any stretch, but being out of shape may make it a bit harder. I’m in fairly decent shape and pretty strong (just overweight) and the beginner workouts leave me a bit gassed. You’re working within your own capacity though, not a strict set of weights, so find what works and give it.
