The Workout May be Tougher Than the Diet?


Ok i confirmed my supplements will not be at my house till this evening and since I have a profession that will keep me in the office till 7:30 PM EST I train in the morning.
So I did the first day of advanced training and I was done in like 35 minutes?

It is tough since I am used to being in the gym for hour and half?
Can we add more exercises to increase the intensity of the work out or am I just feeling too good since I have not officially felt the long term effect of the diet?
