I’am starting on Friday (tomorrow).

I have got few questions:

How many grams is 1 serving of flex seeds?

How many grams is 1 serving of L-leucine?

If I want to have almonds instead of peanut butter or almond butter how many grams would I need for 1 serving?

The flax seeds are 2 TBSP per serving. I don’t know the conversion.

The Leucine comes with its own scooper.

I believe you can use any kind of nut butter, natural. The serving size is 210 calories. In peanut butter it just happens to be 2 TBSP is about 210 calories.
