Hey Chris, just a quick question, i have read that there are two EFAs, LA and ALA. The diet supps ALA with the fish oil and flax, where does the LA come into play? Im guessing the peanut butter or maybe the Metabolic Drive except i think that just has MCTs.

Remember, the V-Diet is only 4 weeks long, so it’s no big deal if your fatty acid ratios aren’t “perfect.” Besides, if you’re an American you’ve probably gotten an abundance of omega-6 through your normal diet. But yes, the PB does provide omega-6 in the V-Diet. Flax has some too.
