Currently in Day 5 (start date: 10-Mar-2010). Followed the diet as prescribed to a ‘T’ so far. Been a crossfitter for 4 years and recently got into long-distance running (ran my first 1/2 marathon in Jan in Tampa). My location is actually Dubai, UAE, but that wasn’t one of the options for some reason…
Starting weight - 173.8
weigh-in this morning - 171.2
Body fat % - 12
Goal - not to lose weight so much but to cut up and go under 5% bf. 165-170 lbs final weigh-in is ok. I have a 1-2 inch fat store around my waist that never seems to go away. Hoping this V-diet thing is the shock my body needs to burn that stuff for good, and this will lead to the discipline I need to continue to eat healthy.
