…You would do it too, believe me.
I’m at a loss of how to transition from that. If you don’t get it, I’m really quite sorry. If you’re up for learning, it’s somewhere within last year’s log of awesomeness.
…Really, it’s a great piece of literature…almost won a prize
Yes, I did the V-Diet last year about this same time, and loved the results.
Over the past year, I have continued to eat relatively healthy - I love to cook, so I’ve come up with some damn awesome shit. Brief bio: 25 years old, 2nd B.S. degree student for Health Fitness Specialist at ECU, waitress part time, full time Southern Belle Defyer/Representor of the North. Basically, I just moved South - things have been hectic switching from working full time to school full time (again) and it’s been a real adjustment. I’ve still worked out diligently, but didn’t really set goals or measure anything.
Training history: I’ve tried a bunch of different shit, mostly full body workouts or a combination of 2 full body, 1 upper, 1 lower a week. Energy systems work thrown in were applicable. As of late, my current estimated max’s on lifts are:
-Squat: 208 (highest tested 225x2)
-Military Press: 96
*I stopped deadlifting since my last V-Diet for 2 reasons: I suck at it, and the subsequent suckage irritates a sciatic nerve problem I acquired…so does running, but really I’m ok with that.
Numbers aren’t THAT impressive [for this site], but I just recently started with those lifts again about 3-4 week ago. I missed them
Soooooo, 3/14 is the day…oh hot damn, 14 is my favorite number - I didn’t even realize this. I am going to bed here in a bit, and will measure, weigh, and have a sultry photo shoot with myself when I wake up.
