Chris, big thanks for creating this 6 week plan. It worked for me even though I fell off the wagon a few times during the 4 weeks, binged on cucumber, celery and capers.

I wanted to do this program after reading a couple of people’s blogs including Dan John’s.

More than happy with the results but want to do it again before end of the year or early next year. Great supplements too. Recovery with surge and all the protein was great, no lactic build up, no soreness.
