Starting a little experiment right now and was hoping that you could clear a few things up.
Label instructions say to cycle it (5 days on 2 off) if I workout 6 days a week would it be more beneficial to take it on an off day?
Is it better to take it before or after a workout? (Following Plazma and MAG-10 protocol fyi)
Start with the max dosage (4 tabs a day) or the lower (2 tabs a day)?
Recommended dosage fasted in the morning or before/after workout?
Take it with the Alpha Male?
Will any of these interact with Plazma or MAG-10 in anyway that would lessen their results?
