Taking the Supplement Plunge

#1

I’m thinking about adding some supplements for the first time in addition to a solid diet and whey protein powder. After reading articles and the forums I’m thinking Plazma and Indigo-3G might be a good place to start. Is this a good pair to start with and since I’m a skinny guy do I need Indigo-3G? Thanks.

Those are two of the best places to start if diet and training are in check. And if you’re a skinny guy, Indigo-3G would really be of benefit to help make you more gifted with nutrient partitioning.

<a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma and <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G are great choices. First and foremost, take care of workout nutrition. That’s Plazma. Train harder, recover faster, get much better results that you’re currently getting… that’s something everyone wants and needs. So make Plazma the cornerstone. And as Eazy wrote above, Indigo-3G isn’t just for people who have trouble with carbs. Skinny guys who can’t seem to gain often have the same underlying issues with nutrient partitioning. So that’s a solid choice too, and Indigo-3G stacks perfect with Plazma. <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/micro-pa"target=“new”>Micro-PA would be something else to look into. Take care of pre and during training with Plazma then experiment with the other choices. You may find one or the other better fits your needs.

When purchasing Plazma, does the flavor you choose refer to the Biotest Intensified Liquid Flavoring that comes with your Plazma? Or do you purchase the flavoring additionally?

The flavours you choose are what flavours of the Intensified liquid they send with your order.

Correct, the flavor you’re choosing is the Intensified flavoring, you get 1 bottle of flavoring per bottle of Plazma you order.

If you want additional bottles of flavoring then you’ll have to order them separately through the store.
