To go from about 12% BF to 7-8% BF, I am going to start a carb cycling plan utilizing macros similar to V-Diet. My budget allows for SWF or Surge Recovery for the cycle. Which do you recommend? I’ve used SWF before and really liked it. Thanks!

But ideally, I’d suggest <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma, 1 pre-load dose, 1 during-dose for your goals. And with the recent price reductions, that might still fit your budget. Worth checking into given the price changes.
