Swf & mag-10

I posted this in the supplement and nutrition forum, but was advised to post here to get CS’ response.

I was wondering if using Surge Workout Fuel pre/during workouts and MAG-10 post workout would be a good place to start(again). I have bee consistently training since I stopped using the Anaconda/MAG-10/cg3 protocol close to a year ago.

I would love to try Plazma, but right now thats not in my budget. I was going to start with SWF and SR, but after looking at price/serving, MAG-10 is cheaper per serving than Surge Recovery. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Chris, why would this strategy be superior to mixing both SWF and MAG-10 and having both during/peri?

Mixing them could interfere with the very precise formulas and effects we’re after.

chris, can i take SWF with 1liter of water instead of 20z ?

Use the amount listed on the label or more. The label amounts are minimals.

I’ll be sure and wait the hour after training… I just finished my Surge Workout Fuel and the drank 1 serving of MAG-10 right away. I will wait next time :slight_smile: Then eat in an hour after that.
