Metabolic Drive + 1 Tbsp Olive Oil + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil - Usual breakfast of 5 Eggs and 4 strips of bacon = …fuck, no more.

A) Is vanilla the best flavor of Metabolic Drive (please say it isn’t)?

B) How do you guys make your shakes, when you have no blender?

C) Will this affect my sex drive?

D)Is Green Tea the best appetite suppressant?

Thoughts - suggestions for adding flavor - all welcome

Um, you know you’re not doing the V-Diet, right?

Well. Yes. Im actually just doing a super low carb diet using Metabolic Drive, which will then continue into the Anabolic Diet.

I just finished gaining 12 hard earned pounds of lean mass but just dont see hard lines in my abs. Won’t the V-Diet mess my muscle gains?

So I guess I’m essentially using a V-Diet-like protocol to do the cutting portion of the AD. So, I thought my thread belonged here. The AD folks won’t be as helpful with my questions.

No. But you’re not on the V-Diet.

The V-Diet is all or nothing. You’re on it or you’re not. You’re not. I’d be glad to help you if you decide to do the V-Diet though.
