If I were to get three sushi rolls (Non Tempura) and a salad, would that be considered a Healthy solid meal? I wasn’t sure due to the rice.
Sure, rice is great. (I avoid wheat, but rice is fine for a lifter.)
With sushi you just have to avoid the fried bits and heavy cream sauces you see sometimes.
Great! I’ve been craving it and I wanted to make sure that it’s not something that I shouldn’t have just yet. I don’t do the sauces or the breaded pieces, so I’ll be good.
