Surge Workout Fuel vs Plazma

Been using Plazma for about 4 months now and saw that Surge Workout Fuel is coming back. Can you explain the difference between and what the 2 would be ideal for.

I’d say Surge Workout Fuel is formulated more for the endurance side of things, whereas Plazma is ideal for weight training.

I prefer to use Surge Workout Fuel for bike rides and hockey, while using Plazma for lifting.
