Hello - I am new to Biotest products, but not to training. I just received my first cannister of Surge Workout Fuel. I read the label and 2 scoops is the recommended serving, but that can’t apply to everyone, can it? Lets say that is the optimal serving for a 200 lb athlete, but it would be different for a 250 lb athlete as well as for a 120 female athlete, wouldn’t it? Should body mass be taken into account?
