Can I still usr Surge Recovery for post workout? or is Plazma just a whole lot better?
Plazma is definitely superior, not just in the ingredients but also in the way it’s used: pre, intra and post. In fact, before Plazma and Surge Workout Fuel came out, I often advised V-Dieters to use their Surge Recovery in that manner for better workouts and better results from those workouts. We just didn’t know the importance of pre and intra-workout nutrition way back when the V-Diet first started, so we focused on post-workout only.
