so am i taking the Surge only after my weight and v-challange day or also on my just walk days? not 100% clear on that.
The program is actually pretty explicit in when you take Surge: Only after weight training. So you should be taking it only 3 days a week (and NOT after your V-Burn Challenge).
Correct – No Surge Recovery after the V-Burn or NEPA. After weight training only. So, three times per week.
