Supps for 47 YO Guy?



I have used some Biotest supplements in the past. I am no body builder, but reasonably fit and 20% bf. Minimalist style Kettlebell training and the big barbell lifts dominate my 3Xweek program – training for the SFG Level 1 cert. I am also doing some met con as well (2x week) My main goal is to lose some weight and stay fit and lean.

I am eating clean and lowering carbs for the next 2 weeks. What Biotest supplements would you recommend? Alpha Male and Flameout are already on the list.
