Supplements for Competitive Cycling


My brother is a competitive cyclist and I was thinking of potentially giving him a Biotest Christmas to show him the potential of advantaged sports nutrition.

I remember seeing an article on Plasma mention cycling but I was also thinking Surge Workout Fuel would be a good choice too.

Any recommendations with the main objective of getting stronger on the bike and recovering faster?


Both of those would be great (he’ll be shocked if he’s never used good workout nutrition), but I’d lean toward recommending <a href=""target=“new”>Plazma now that we’ve tested it successfully on endurance athletes.

Another good choice would be <a href=""target=“new”>Finibars for pre-workout or pre-event. Sadly, the bars marketed toward endurance athletes are 1980’s-technology garbage. Finibars are far superior.
