I’m new to T Nation and I have learned more in the last month than I have in the last 15 years. I recently started the Plazma Protocol and wanted to know if taking a caffeine supplement or other stimulant is okay. I have tried to find in other post with no luck. I have to say I bought into the hype about pre-work out supplements but to no avail.
However I did like the up front rush going into the work out. Not sure if I need something for focus or if stimulant will provide that. Any info is greatly appreciated. Hope this makes sense.
