Supplement Plan for the Time Restricted Diet


Getting ready to place an order for Plazma, MAG-10, and Indigo but wanted to get your thoughts on taking these and incorporating a time restricted diet:
-take Indigo upon waking on empty stomach
-take preload Plazma 10-15 minutes before workout and another serving during
-take MAG-10 at end of eating window and possibly again before going to bed

Is this overkill if my primary objective is to lean out?
