Biotest

Supplement Advice

Hello tnation!

I got back into working out about three months ago. I had twins two years ago and it was really hard to keep a good workout routine going. Since getting back to the gym I have gone from 268 (about 23% body fat) down to 234 (I have not checked body fat %). I have cleaned up my diet, but it still needs some work. I have been reading quit a bit about the Biotest supplements but I cant decide what ones to pick up.

I am looking to cut down to that dry muscle look. I work out 4-6 a week. Money is not an issue so give me a list

Stats:
Age: 22
Height: 6’4
Weight:234 lbs
Bench:315 lbs
Deadlift:390 lbs
Squat:260 Yes bench is more, due to numerous lower body injuries.

I appreciate the help.

Would it be bad to take Plazma with Surge?

There is no need to use both at the same time. If you want more workout nutrition, use additional Plazma rather than compromising the effects by mixing two supplements.
