I got back into working out about three months ago. I had twins two years ago and it was really hard to keep a good workout routine going. Since getting back to the gym I have gone from 268 (about 23% body fat) down to 234 (I have not checked body fat %). I have cleaned up my diet, but it still needs some work. I have been reading quit a bit about the Biotest supplements but I cant decide what ones to pick up.
I am looking to cut down to that dry muscle look. I work out 4-6 a week. Money is not an issue so give me a list
Squat:260 Yes bench is more, due to numerous lower body injuries.
