#1

Looking for a stack for Olympic lifting. I am 37 yrs old, I train 5 times a week. Snatch is 230, Clean and jerk 285.

We always recommend first taking care of peri-workout (before, during and after) nutrition. For anyone training hard, this is first base to cover and the most important supplement to use. Our best workout nutrition supplements, the ones we have our pro athletes using, are <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma and <a href="http://www.T-Nation.com/store/products/MAG-10"target=“new”>MAG-10. And we can help you customize how you use those based on your training.

After that, go by your specific needs. Are you mainly looking for performance improvement, need to lose fat, have something missing in your diet, need to improve sleep quality, improve training focus and energy?

I am looking to increase both the snatch and clean and jerk and would like to lose some body fat.

Look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G to go along with the Plazma and Mag-10 if you want to improve body comp as well.

So just follow the directions when taking the Plazma and MAG-10?

Pretty much, but depending on the length and intensity of the workout you can adjust the servings. For example, one pre-load serving of Plazma and one during may be all you need for a lower volume Oly session, then 1 serving of Mag-10 after. It could even mean JUST the pre-load, then a pulse of Mag-10 after.
