Pretty much, but depending on the length and intensity of the workout you can adjust the servings. For example, one pre-load serving of Plazma and one during may be all you need for a lower volume Oly session, then 1 serving of Mag-10 after. It could even mean JUST the pre-load, then a pulse of Mag-10 after.
