I noticed that I went through my first container of Super Food in the first 14 days. I have one left for the final 14 days. Do we continue to use the Super Food and flax seed meal during the solid food transition weeks?
Superfood is great to take all the time and flax seed is a good source of some healthy fats.
Ok. But it’s not a required part of the transition phase, right?
The supplements in the V-Diet package are for the main 4 weeks of the diet and don’t cover the Transition plan.
