Started V-Diet yesterday.
First day was good. I didn’t really miss food and felt full all day.
Today was the first work out day. I felt like I was working hard, but the workout felt short and will take some getting used to. The front squat was a little uncomfortable just because I am used to a more traditional back squat. I didn’t feel sore leaving the gym and have already set goals for what I plan to life in four weeks for the final day of this particular workout. Monday workout goals-
Squat 100 lbs (Currently at 75)
Bench 40 lb dumbells (currently 25-30)
Ab wheel from standing.
