Sub for Lat Pulldown?



I have just started the V-Diet,

I have a power rack and a barbell and ez curl bar, what exercise can I do to sub the lat pulldowns…wide and close grip. Only thing I am thinking of is assisted pull ups?

Thanks and not just for the question but for T-Nation…I have been here for awhile and it helped me get into shape and it was me who let myself down and got out of shape…Cant wait to get back into Tman form.


Assisted pull-up should work fine. Use a band if you have one.
