I did the V-Diet jus under a year ago, I learned quite a lot from it, around august i will be attempting it again.
after the last diet, i felt that i didnt have much muscle mass, so i have been bulking for the last 2 momths, its a three months plan
the 5x5 strong lifts. I finish this program in august, after that i wil be attempting the V-Diet,
but here is my question, would i still be able to put on mass after i finish the diet on mainteance calories, i dont want to bulk after that.
