Still No More Pastries for Frenchy!

Hi everyone,

I’m back for my 2nd V-Diet after 6 weeks off. I gained a bit of weight (7lbs) during that period, I think half of it is water, but had lost 25lbs altogether during my first V-Diet. I watched my diet but had a pizza on sunday to go with a bang and some pasta twice the 2 previous weekends for my cheat meals. I trained using the Beginner’s Blast-off program as I like it for its simplicity.I started yesterday at 230lbs.I will follow the Intermediate Program this time as I’ve done the beginner’s one during my 1st V-Diet.

Here we go again baby !
