I know you’ve been asked about modifying the workout and you’ve stated that it should be strictly followed, so perhaps this question is moot:
Is it okay for me to replace traditional, romanian, and/or sumo deadlift with stiff-legged deadlift? While harder on the back, I feel it targets the hamstrings and glutes more effectively.
P.S. Got my supps yesterday; start the program Monday, 5/23. Excited!
