Well, after years of not getting serious, it’s time. I just finished a 100 mile bicycle ride with my son. I went from 235lbs to 215lbs in about 1 1/2 months while preparing for the ride. Good thing for me, as we ended up doing 5000ft of climbing total with a couple 12% grades thrown in just for fun.
With that out of the way I start the V-Diet this Monday. I already ordered and got all my stuff, and got the Natural Peanut Butter and Milled Flax Seeds. Of course all the guys at work think I’m nuts, but they are happy that it leaves more doughnuts for them.
I’m hoping that the V-Diet will get me going in the right direction to finding that long lost 6-pack I used to have at 20. I will post up pics and measurements tomorrow. Thanks
