Well i am starting today…i will use this log to keep me motivated. Ok here are embarrassing details…

Weight - 198lb
Neck - 15.5"
Chest @ nipple - 40"
Waist @ navel - 38"
Hips @ widest point - 43"
Right bicep relaxed - 15.5"
Right bicep flexed - 16.5"
Right thigh - 25.75"
Right calf - 16.5"

Following diet and workout as listed on site…advanced workout… taking OxyElite Pro for my fat burner

Looking to get to 185 lb in 4 weeks…wish me luck

Officially Day 1 today - lets see how this goes. I dont crave carbs much… but i heard the first 3 days are killer. ANy suggestions to avoid cheating?

Thought I would check in - Day 5 - Down to 194.8lbs (from 198) I feel like this is slow progress? Can anyone share some light? I am beginging to wonder if this diet is even right for me? (INERT MOTIVATION HERE) lol…

Theres now way your 40% bf. Unless you are hugely obese. Seriously Obese.

If its true this diet isn’t for you.

With that amount of body fat, simply eating foods that you don’t buy from a drive thru will cause you to loose weight.

I am far from obese - and i dont eat fast food. I know my TANITA scale is giving me this F’ed reading since i got it last year.

Hmm my post didnt show. you are probably 20-25, go off the tape and the mirror mainly, fat testers are horse shit.

and a few other inches off elsewhere - still happy - still going strong!

GOING INTO MY LAST WEEK! :slight_smile:

All my clothes are VERY loose on me - its ridiculous!! I LOVE IT!
