Starting Day 6

I am starting day 6 on V-Diet. Here are my thoughts so far.
I never thought I would enjoy peanut butter so much.
This diet works well can already see a difference.
The workouts are much harder than they look on paper.
What the hell is with the crappy taste in my mouth all the time?
I dream about food all the time.
I am looking at this as a personal test of my willpower. So far I am winning.
Six servings of protein powder a day is bruuuuuuuutal
Don’t forget your fiber

haha…I hear ya, peanut butter is what keeps me sane. Instead of putting it in my shakes I just eat 2 tablespoons (1 serving) at the end of the day.

And speaking from experience, I would suggest you brush your teeth more than usual. I don’t know why but for some reason the first time I did this I swear I got a lot more plaque on my teeth during that month. So this time I’m trying to remember to brush my teeth after each shake.

LOL, I get that same weird feeling on my teeth no matter how much I brush. Its especially noticable on the back of my front two teeth.

Good to know it’s not just me! Mine is most noticeable on the back of my bottom front teeth.

goals
weight 205
bodyfat less than 14

Confused…

(229-205)/229 is 10% of your weight…

(229*19%) is 43.5 lbs of fat

(205*14%) is 28.7 lbs of fat

43.5 - 28.7 = 14.8 lbs of fat lost

You plan on losing 9.2 lbs of muscle? or thats a goal?

I think your BF% goal should be lower :wink:

Like 10-12%

VDiet shouldn’t have you lose 10lbs of muscle?

uhhhhh see what had happened was i’m not good at math. good point new goal is bodyfat 10-12%
