Starting Carb Cycling - Carbs for High Days?


I’m starting to carb cycle…I was wondering if you had any ideas of what I could eat on a “high” day? My high day would be around 2500-3000 cals, 200g carb, low fat…People suggest oats, what do you think? I’m going to try to get in the bulk of these carbs around breakfast as well, b/c I train at around 11am, so that’s the only time I can have my carbs and really use them up. This will be once a week, on my hard day.

Well, oats are better than pancakes, but I prefer to minimize or get rid of grains.

I’d have lots of fruit and a sweet potato or two on a carb-up day myself.
