Thoughts: I don’t know how I’m going to drink all the shakes. I’m almost always full, and they’re not particularly easy to drink.

This work out has literally been breathtaking. The only thing that I’m worried about it whether or not I’m selecting the right weights since they’re all “guesses” in the beginning. Any tips?
