Done with day 2, finally got pictures and measurements. I’ve also realized that HOT-ROX is required. So while waiting for it to come in, I’m going to use the Carbolin 19 that I already have.

Thoughts: I don’t know how I’m going to drink all the shakes. I’m almost always full, and they’re not particularly easy to drink.

This work out has literally been breathtaking. The only thing that I’m worried about it whether or not I’m selecting the right weights since they’re all “guesses” in the beginning. Any tips?

It’s been getting harder and harder to resist actual food. It just smells sooo good. I can’t wait for my first HSM, but first, today’s workout…

Did the V-Burn challenge, and definitely could not finish the intermediate clap push ups. So they were done on the knees instead.
