DAY 1 (was actually Turesday Jan. 3rd for me to start the V-Diet)

Walked for 35 min around the neighborhood.

8:00am
Low Carb MD (3 scoops)
1 serving of Milled Flax Seed
1 serving (2 scoops) of Superfood
1 capsule of Flameout

12:pm
Low Carb MD (2 scoops)
1 capsule of Flameout

3:00pm
2 capsules of HOT-ROX

4:00pm
Low Carb MD (3 scoops)

6:30pm
Low Carb MD (2 scoops)
1 serving of Milled Flaxseed
1 serving of Superfood
1 capsule of Flameout

9:30pm
Low Carb MD (3 scoops)
1 serving of All Natural PB
1 capsule of Flameout

Oh yeah, weighed myself first thing in the morning and was 253.2lbs

DAY 2
Wednesday Jan. 4th

6:20am
2 capsules of HOT-ROX (weighed 252.2lbs)

6:30am
NEPA walk for 35 min.

8:00am
Low Carb MD (3 scoops)
1 serving of Milled Flaxseed
1 serving of Superfood
1 capsule of Flameout

10:00am
I will be doing the Intermediate routine of the V-Diet workout
(Heavy Day)
Front Squat - 4 sets 5 reps
Reverse Grip Pulldowns - 4 sets 5 reps
DB Bench Press - 4 sets 5 reps
AB wheel - 4 sets 5 reps

10:45am
Surge Recovery (2 scoops)

12:00pm
Low Carb MD (2 scoops)
1 capsule of Flameout

2:35pm
1 Capsule of HOT-ROX

5:00pm
Low Carb MD (3 scoops)

7:00pm
Low Carb MD (2 scoops)

7 caps of Elite Mineral Plus
2 caps of Curcumin

I took the Elite Min and Curcumin because I figured I would very sore Thurs morning since I haven’t worked out for several months.

This weekend my girlfriend comes into town and will be taking pictures, so I will be posting those probably Friday night.

Fell off today and it was only the third day. Ended up on getting my NEPA walk in and I had to skip a meal because of a meeting.
Need to be better prepared in the future.

So sore today I wanted to cry like a little girl (LOL)
