Started V-Diet

Started V-Diet yesterday. 6’2" 258.6 to start 36" waist 54" chest, this AM 254. Nice 4.6 lbs drop 1st day.

Congats on starting the V-DIET. Which workout plan are you doing?

Using modified I-Bodybuilder to start, will see how it goes. I’m quite pleased with my energy levels and the macro breakdown with V-Diet even though my total cals are 2180 on workout days.

Full workout day shake package today completed. Made marinated flank steak for the kids and homemade french fries (real potatoes). Tuff plating the food but I was able to get by (grilled flank steak smells quite good)! Will release weight stats tomorrow.

Welcome, and good luck. You are rockin’ the weight loss already. Does the thermogenic make you nauseous at all? I haven’t used them before the diet, and had to stop for a while because I was nauseous for the better part of the day.

Hey Marsda, Im not taking the HOT-ROX. I will add later in the month if bodyfat slows, I’ve found its wise to have a few bullets available later in a diet cycle. Im working out with weights 6 days a week and cardio for 5 of those days.

I am not doing the velocity workouts. I am doing the military athlete workouts. It leaves me working out Monday-Friday, plus my NEPA walks. I am sure that if I hadn’t slipped and not worked out a couple of days last week I would have done better than I did this weigh-in. I just starting taking the thermogenic again today, like you said I am hoping that it is my silver bullet.

I’m working out as I normally do plus I’m using a good bit of the I-Bodybuilder routines. On workout days I’m using treadmill for 15 minutes right now, again if fat loss slows I will increase cardio to 30 minutes then 40 minutes and I can always add in HOT-ROX towards the last week.

Nice progress man! How do you feel so far?

I feel great actually. Not hungry during the day, after workout (around 230PM) I take the SURGE but then Im in the mood for a chicken breast or some flank steak. I haven’t fallen yet to my desires. In the gym I workout with weights for about 90minutes 2 bodyparts per day then I finish up with 15 minutes of cardio (treadmill 3.8mph no incline, HR 115-120max). This is my 4th diet day we’ll see if I can maintain .5-.75 lbs weight loss per day. That would put me at a minimum of 14lbs. lost in 4 weeks. Already seeing some definition in shoulders and traps, waiting for love handles to shrink.

6oz. steamed lobster (no butter) = 180cal.

3 cups iceberg lettuce = 60cal.
2 tablespoons olive oil = 240cal.

Total 1080 cal. (mainly protein)

Tasted great, im stuffed.
