Can I start the V-Diet without the Superfood or sub with another brand? I have Genuine Health Greens+ at home.
Most greens-type supplements on the market contain ingredients that are either useless, allergenic, or lower crucial hormone levels. That’s why we suggest Superfood, which has none of those drawbacks. If you don’t have Superfood, I recommend getting it instead of using a sub that could hurt your progress on the plan. Now, you could do the V-Diet without it and still lose fat, but for optimal health and feeling your best on the diet you need it.
