I have two players who are in the 325-380 lb range who would like to get in shape for next season. They are on the offensive line and want to move quicker and look as strong as they are. Can you create a stack and workout program that requires explosive movement and a supplement stack that will work and also a diet that they can be held accountable for?
What you’re asking for is a little beyond the scope of the Biotest Supplement Advice Forum. (Plus we don’t know if you’re talking about high school kids, college, or pros.) But we have tons of free training plans and diets from the top experts in our archives here at T Nation. Just use our search box at the top right or toggle through our Workouts section. The performance workouts here may be just what you’re looking for: http://www.t-nation.com/workouts/indigo-project
Back to your supplement question, the foundation any hard-training athletes needs to build first is made of workout nutrition – what the athletes uses before, during and after weight training and tough practices. Biotest’s #1 workout nutrition supplement is <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma. Start there and build on that if needed.
the players I am talking about are 20 and 45 years old. We are not college nor high school teams. I understand the idea and agree with, that the foundation starts with nutrition. Second comes work ethics(frequency of workouts).
Thank you for your help.
