Brand new to TNation. Just tired of all the other supplement companies out there and would like advice on what stack to start with. Been training hardcore for over 15 years. Age 28. Looking to get a ton of size on for the summer. Any help is appreciated
We always recommend first taking care of peri-workout (before, during and after) nutrition. For anyone training very hard, this is first base to cover and the most important supplement to use.
Our best workout nutrition supplements, the ones we have our pro athletes and pro bodybuilders using, are <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma and <a href="http://www.T-Nation.com/store/products/MAG-10"target=“new”>MAG-10. And many stack these with <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G, a selective nutrient partitioning agent.
Biotest’s <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/packages/plazma-super-stack"target=“new”>Plazma Super Stack contains all three or you can just start with Plazma, use it per label directions, and decide if you want to ramp it up even more after that.
How long with that stack last me? Can I just try a bottle of each first or do I need the big stack?
Sure, you can start with just one. We suggest Plazma, the core of the stack. The labels, serving amount, and usage options can be viewed by clicking the word “Label” on the <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma page. How long it’ll last you depends on how often you train, how you choose to use it etc.
Does this amp u up before workout?

It fuels you up for high performance, but it is not a stimulant. No caffeine etc.
Biotest products may seem a bit pricey when your used to looking at other companies products, but thats because you get crappy ingredients in other companies products.
every supplement i take is from Biotest. why? because the shit always does what it says it will. they put top of the line ingredients in all their products and you get great results when grouped with a solid diet and training regimen.
i can vouch for Plazma, MAG-10, FINiBARs, MD bars, MD protein, Flameout, HOT-ROX, Superfood… its all good stuff… i wouldnt spend the money if i didnt see good results.
Thanks guys. Gonna order tomorrow!
I also can vouch for the positive attributes of Plazma. I’ve seen better gains, without a doubt, since switching to Plazma/MAG-10 for peri-workout nutrition…and also better recovery. If I could only order one supplement from Biotest, Plazma would be it. With that said I’ve also become a fan of Metabolic Drive and that’s now my go-to bedtime shake, in combination with Z-12, which seems to have improved my quality of sleep.
My only complaint? The Plazma Super Stack should be three bottles of MAG-10 and two Plazma, which would better track with my (and I think most people’s) actual usage.
